Well i have just changed servers so my content is not up and all the hacks are not in , but would you tell me what you think of the layout and UBB so far?

I very much like the color scheme, but I think there might be a little too much yellow. I would suggest maybe making the columns of the UBB white to allow them to stand out against the background.

thats quite nice, but as ranger sez. maybe a bit too much yellow..

As they've already said, the yellow is a bit heavy.

Also, the outer portions of the page seemed unnecessarily big and bulky... you may want to streamline the top and left a little bit.
