This is my first post. Firstly, just wanted to say 'thanks' for all the great info and hacks on the forum.

Secondly, I have a suggestion for a mod...

We are setting up a UBB forum to support our product. Users post questions in the forum, we answer the questions and when the user is happy, we close the topic.

At this point, we would like the system to send out a standard "Please rate our service" email (or PM) to the user asking them if we answered their question suitably.

The hack needs the following features:

1. Only send the email to the TOPIC STARTER, not everybody involved.

2. Configurable per forum on UBB - some forums need it, some don't.

3. Able to switch the facility on and off as required.

4. Ideally, the email will allow them to choose an option, such as:

"Did not answer my question"
"Helpful, but not complete"
"Very helpful"
"Completely answered my question"
"Your service rocks"

... and have their response sent back to us.

5. Only send the email when the topic is closed.

Does anybody know if such a mod exists already?
