I think you should have it where you set a certain number of -karma's then when someone gets to that certain amount of -Karma's they are auotmatically banned but the Admin is Contacted & the Admin has the chance to bring them back. (If they say they are sorry or just had a bad or something like that.)

Might wanna post this in the thread when someone releases it.
