If I knew CGI I would make it, but under the circumstances, I can't. I think an Idea (for those of us with unlimited space on our servers) could be a hack which ads a function to the cp to revert the board to a certain day in the past (amount of days stored set in control panel too), which is stored in a dir in the site. I think it should have a daily update, maybe once or twice a day...... Oh well, just a suggestion, maybe we can build off of it?

Maybe an appropriate name for it could be
UBB Restore

Sorta like how Win:Me has a system restore feature kind of thing? Select a day, click next, your system settings are restored to that time/day.

Very good against hacks and such, provided you coudl still get into cp and activate it ^_^

Permissions should also be able to be set on restore by default, not manually
