The problem for all programmer for the new Who's Online hack is the same!
If you will show who's online life of your mainpage, the cache for this site is disabled!
Because any visitor (member or guest) must put in the list, so the side where never cached!
You must write a little script to get the data from the online.cgi and show the script only as a link! But this is not the gentelman fix i think!

So i'm sitting here arround and think about an idea .....

Next idea is, get the entrys in everybodys buddylist and show only this people in a popupwindow ...... mhhhh

The Who's Online you see here is by Borg_5x8 (spelling??) and is a private beta. Wide beta testing will only commence when UBB 6 is out of beta.

The 2nd "Who's Online?" beta should be demoing at this site in just a few more days... I'm on a knifedge as to whether to release the whole thing before UBB6 leaves beta, or wait.. the aftershock edition came out WAY too fast after the previous one for my liking, and I had to change things...

Note: this version IS cache friendly.

I imagine it would be smart to release it after v6 leaves beta, or you will be bombarded with people yelling that it doesn't work on "their version". Release it for final v6 code and you won't have to worry about version changes.

perhaps you could implement with ssi
