Your script privatesend.cgi is using 100% of the memory on JUPITEr even after we just added memory (RAM) to the server today. This is unacceptable. Please fix your script or remove it. This is the error we are getting in the server's log file(s):
Nov 11 19:22:44 jupiter kernel: Out of Memory: Killed process 6650 (privatesend.cgi)
Please confirm receipt of this e-mail as soon as possible.
No dont add it, it will just make the problem worse and cause the script to stay in an infinate loop. I think he means if it was in there then comment it out.

ok, I cannot find that comment in my script. Maybe I'll reinstall everything, its been year or so since I did anything to my forums. Let's hope I remember how to do it
Have you checked private message file lately? Maybe you need to clean those up and tell your users to ease up a little. It looks like that is where the problem is, tho I'm not an expert.
