Seems like all the bugs were fixed, great work MM!

This doesn't have to do with the script anymore but with the style now. The image button images are different hovered and not hovered. One has an arrow and one doesn't. Using my BAD Photoshop skills, I managed to make image_2.gif with an arrow. SEE ==> <IMG SRC="http://dbz.star64.com/ubb/afp/image_2.gif" border=0>. Everyone is freely to use it

uno mas... MM, there's 2 ubbcodebutton.pl files in your download, the correct one, and one in with the .gif's. Can you delete the second one from the download? It seems to be confusing new people in the installation...

Yeah I notice there were 2 ubb_code_buttons.pl but did a file compare on each and realized the one in the CGI folder is updated. Thank god for Beyond Compare !

Is the newest files posted at top of this page. I havent touched mine in about a week, havent had any problems with the Hack except the smilies in the pop up window wont auto paste. My smiles in my super smiles will.
Why would that be.

How do I get rid of the translate & upload buttons?

Look in ubb_code_buttons.pl and search for every instance of translate.gif and upload.gif then delete/comment those statements out.
