Eu uso Windows Me, e o server onde ta hospedado meu site é da hardmob, antiga hardinfo.

O problema que esta acontecendo e que quando eu digito o nome do user e a senha, nada acontece, a página apenas da um reload.

coloca todo o conteudo que ta dentro do arquivo ultbb.setup dentro do script, e tira a linha "require" que ta o script
