got 2 issues here

1) How do I move the ip link, which is at the bottom of each post, to alongside the top of each post where "Profile", "Email", "Quote"... are there? which file to edit?

2) Similiarly, my memberlist, having been setup, I put a link in Ultimage.cgi, to link from the main forum summary page, and forumdisplay.cgi, to link from the topic list. But inside each topics, I can't link put a link there. Or rather, I don't know which file to edit. which one?
