I've found in our forum (UBB 7.0) that if someone "watches" a user, they get email notifications of everything that person does which includes the body of the message in the email.
This is fine, but... if the user being watched belongs to a restricted forum that the "watcher" isn't supposed to see, the "watcher" gets a copy of the message in the email.
I need to know what file to edit, and what to take out, to still allow for notifications to go out, but to kill the body of the message. The link remains in the email, and they would be required to log in to read the message... assuming they have permission to do so.
I can't believe this is the first time this has come up, but I've searched high and low and found nothing so far.

Hey David, you really should bring that question up to Rick at www.ubbcentral.com - sounds like a good bug.

I think this was actually fixed like 7.2 or so...
