Just really a quick question about UBB, I am wondering since it seems to be expanding and also getting better and better as time goes on, would it currently be able to create a site like THIS

Basically that is an image rating site etc, would UBB be able to do this with the right mods etc?

With modifications anything is possible... It'd be a lot of custom scripting however...
