pJIRC Chat Addon (Pre-7.3, for 7.3+ use
this) - Is an integration which allows you to connect to an IRC Server; it is written in Java and works very well and has many configurable options.
Flash Chat (Currently incompatible with UBB.T 7.3+) - Is a flash based application which will allow you to host a chat on your server which will use your login information from threads.
Naked Shoutbox - The "Naked Shoutbox" modification adds to the shoutbox code by making it into its own page.
