When i go through the steps to send all my members a mass email through the control panel the program is not sending to everyone.

I have checked and EVERY member is allowing emails from the Admin. When I email the list of email addresses to myself only about half of the emails are listed. I have rebuilt & reindexed several times. Clear the cache also.

Any ideas why everyone email address is not listed?

Not really. Are you sure you are getting every user listed, then having the entire list sent to you?

After I search for members and they are displayed I choose to "email" "all members in search".

Then I select "export list of addresses"

Then no matter how I choose to get the list "email, in browser window, or file all i get is about half of the members email addresses. If I keep trying over and over I get the same members. I have checked all the members who do not show and all of them are allowing emails for the administrator.

And you've rebuilt the members? It should work without issues.

Yes I have rebuilt the members numerous times.

A step is getting missed or something some where. I used that function a few times with 6.7.3 without issues. It may be possible to open a support ticket at www.ubbcentral.com
