I am interested in placing advertisements on the top and right side of board. When I shrink the board using the control panel - it iscenter justified. How do I left justify the entire board? What script do I modify?

Looks like your question got overlooked. It's almost a month overdue, but if you haven't figured it out yet, then you'll just want to modify the templates/default/header.tpl file. Around line 110 of that file you'll see where it is aligned to "center".

You could also use the header include and a couple custom side islands for your ads as well.
