I just upgraded to ubb.threads and I don't want the number of times read (views) to be one of the options my visitors can see.
Rick wrote that there was something on this site about how to do it but I can't locate it. Please help as I don't want to put my boards back on until I take this feature off!

You can remove it from the template that shows the views.
/templates/default/postlist.tmpl would be the template to edit is my educated guess.

should be removed from that file I think. I did not test it, nor did I have a full look on other pages that might need some removal of views.

I also noticed in testing as administrator logged in or as a member logged in that the views don't change. Any ideas why?

They do change but are cached and updated every 5 min or so. Clear your cache to see current views.
