Whats a good way to move the inner forum desc from below the sub forums to above them?

Just play with it, if you keep a backup of the original file, you can always go back.

Just setup a testboard and play with it.

hehe, yes. But there's not so much that you can break permanently while playing with templates

It's in postlist.tpl; it's not too difficult of a move, as with any template change... IT's straight forward, just look for "desc" lol
