It would be nice if I could either pull a custom title in a pull box in the profile to chose what their title should be and it updates their custom group.

Or when I chose their user group, it places the title for it in their custom title.

so if a user is a member of 10 groups, does he get 10 entities as part of their one custom title?

and it looks like you are doing one line per entity?

My board is an RPG, so they only get 1 tag sometimes 2, or maybe there could be a priority switch?

well, it's all possible. it would have to be a mod written.
