Is there a UBB version available for this?If not I'd like to suggest it.

So, you want a publicly available list which shows all banned users and their "allowed to return date" and reason? IMO airing your forums dirty laundry isn't nessessarily good for PR..

The people we ban from our site are thiefs/commit serious online fraud etc.

I believe NOT making these things public puts our users at risk.

The list is intended to make the users aware of whom to stay away from and make fraud just a little harder.

It will also make it easier for Administrators to keep track of these wonderful people.I find searching through the database too time consuming and you can't search for the things we track them by.

While they are able to change Ips or use proxy there are some things these thiefs overlook. I don't want to say publicly what "those things" are but they are present 70% of the time.
