Do you want a program that allows you to correct your HTML and CSS validation? This program is certainly the highest class validation program I've seen. At first glance, the graphics of the program need work and on the unregistered version the bottom is a seizure inducing red. But the functionality is strictly high class. It has its flaws, but don't all programs?

There are some Pros and Cons to this program. The main con being the price. If you don't run a business, or can't use W3C's validator and need a great validator, this is a good choice.

Conclusion:
As nice a program this is, I don't think people need it just for its validation. But it has easy tag insert, drag and drop, convert to mac and unix, etc. It has many functions.
