Hi guys,<br /><br />I've installed PALS to 2 new sites, and ive noticed that if you click on say a news item, or a latest thread, its giving the correct link.. ie rather than using & its using /.. <br /><br />example:<br /><br />http://www.amguk.com/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat/0/Number/1<br /><br />Which of course fails... any idea what I've missed as im sure its not the code.. always a user error... <br /><br />thanks!

dont use spiderfrindly, try unfriendly from the subfolder in the archive. There are some issues with spiderfrindly for me on my site.

yeah if the site can't use the spider friendly always use the unspider friendly <img src="http://www.ubbdev.com/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I am having the same issue with news posts on my IIP home page. <br /><br />They show up but when I click on the I get Page not found, its going to s url like http://www.mysite.com/showflat.php?Cat/0/Number/1 - which is invalid. <br /><br />I am not using spider friendly URLs - so what do I do to corrrect this. I am sure its my space out that is causing it.... but some direction would be nice <img src="http://www.ubbdev.com/forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

use the spider unfriendly ones that are in the same package...

your using this mod right?<br /><br />http://www.ubbdev.com/forum/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/116683/an/0/page/0#116683<br /><br />in that zip you will find a directory called Unfriendly.. copy the contents of that directory into the pals directory OVERWRITING whats there and use those instead...
