Is it possible to block logins and registrations from anonymous proxies ?

You would add the IPs to the IP ban list. Providing you have a list.

Hmm, I thought that only stopped 'em from posting though?

What I would do is blacklist 'em on an .htaccess file. They won't even be able to see the forum then unless they switch to another IP#.

I would think "logins and registrations" would be included there.
