I know I can put in an image for a background in my stylesheet, but is there a way to make the background fixed so that when you scoll, the tables scroll but the background remains fixed?

Add this in the stylesheet: background-attachment: fixed; for the body tag

Note, it can cause slow displaying pages as you scroll depending on connection, video card etc..
