Where can i get a defult template like the one on this site. i like it alot and i was just wondering if it was for download someplace.

This site is using standard UBB.Threads templates. If you mean Stylesheet - this one is called Koniro and it's in the CSS forum.

Well there is really no template here but a modified stock one. It comes with 6.4 but if your speaking of the colors itself its a stylesheet called Koniro and can be found by doing a search on koniro in the search.
