Update to install info: You'll need to adjust the size of some of the new icons/buttons etc, in imagesizes.php.

Updated Zipfile. Added the JC Pro Header files & pre-edited templates to add the quick reply mod.

Got the new file done and installed. However, maybe I missed something, but, there doesn't seem to be a link at the bottom of the page to return to the current page index as on the standard template? Did I forget something or what? It's a bit aggravating when viewing all messages to have to scroll up to the top again to return to the forum index. Otherwise I'm liking the looks of it all. <br /> <br />One more question. On your main forum listing page on the demo site, it has a box that pulls in the information from your Announcement forum. Is this a different mod?

I've removed you templates due to incessant complaints about not being returned to the forum/top posting after making a post. I'm not sure what their problem is, as it worked fine for me, but I've had more than one person screaming about it and no one able to really tell me what is going on, it's not worth the harrassment I'm getting.

No, I don't have an announcement working on it. They keep saying when they click on a thread with a new posting, they are taken to the very first post in the thread instead of the latest one. However, it works perfect for me everytime, and I am unable to create their problem. It's getting very frustrating, to say the least.

I just went back to the standard templates and all is well. People who were having problems are now saying they are being taken to the newest posts in a thread like before I put your templates online. This is very strange, since they worked just fine for me???

Tell me about it. I've gone around and around with them trying to explain that templates do not control how the software runs and that they just control the look and feel of the forums.<br /><br />The only thing I can think of is they may be getting confused because the default links for returning to the forum indexes are no longer there. I even compared their accounts to mine as far as how they are configured for viewing the forums and they were identical to mine. Because of that login as bug in 6.4.1 I can't even log on as a user to check it for myself..sigh.<br /><br />Let me put yours back online and you can have a look through the forums and see if you think they are functioning properly.

Test completed by bookmarking not only the forum, but then the thread and still was unable to create the problem they are supposedly having. I'm going to leave them online as it has to be something they are doing to cause this. That's the only thing that makes sense.

Ok, I just logged on as one of the moderators who says she is having this problem. Worked just perfect for me as I was taken right to the first new post as it is supposed to. You don't think it could be a browser issue due you? I'm out of ideas on this one and don't know what else I could do to test it. As far as I'm concerned, it's working like it's supposed to.

Updated the zipfile. Now Active Topics and Chatroom have the proper tags in the ubbt_reg and ubbt_unreg templates (JCHeader).

Personally, I don't think they know what the heck they are doing or talking about. It's idiotic to think that only one person can have them working properly and everyone is having problems. I know it's not your templates but rather the problem is PEBCAC (PROBLEM EXISTS BETWEEN CHAIR AND COMPUTER).

The way it looks I won't be able to get 6.5 due to my membership expiring prior to it's release to the public and I'm not going to be able to renew until probably until later this summer, so they will just have to wait. I suppose I could really mess them up and install the sidebar mod and not give them a choice to use it or not use it.. Actually, I took them back down today. It seems the PM feature in My Home was missing?? I went in there earlier to send a PM to a moderator and it was nowhere to be found? I put the original templates back online and it reappeared? Any thoughts as to why this would happen?

Check your css, the .pm tags is set to display: none;<br /><br />remove that part.<br /><br />It should be explained in the readme.

Well, I upgraded to v6.4.2 yesterday and guess what? With the standard templates NO one is going to the newest post in a thread, including myself. I posted this on IP's web site to see if they have any ideas, but wanted to let you know that it's NOT your templates, which you and I knew all along. However, it's very frustrating now to have this happening to everyone with the stock stuff running...sigh.

I decided I was going to upgrade from 6.4 to 6.4.2 and I decided to give these a whirl. After modding up my board, I would say that these look absolutely beautiful:<br /> See the beauty (and some mods) <br /><br />I reccomend them. You just have to pay attention to the stylesheet part. I had to add to remove part to have the private message box put back in the myhome.tmpl and I didn't know how to fix it until reading all this thread. Makes you realize how much has been removed from the temlates. I mean, I didn't even realize the signatures were gone, and when I put them back, I had decided I'd rather they had stayed gone, so away they went.
