Hi guys

I've started receiving errors on my site again when a lot of people are online 'too many sql connections' it says or similar - my site is at http://www.koptalk.org/index.php?Cat=

I've made each section invisible to guests today forcing people to register and log-in. Do you think this will help reduce the strain or could it have the opposite effect?

Many thanks

Duncan

Are you using persistant connections? If so turn them off. That should help.

Perhaps your host has the concurrent connections at a lower level? Not sure what else may be causing this. If persistant is off and with the number of users your having online I can't see why this would happen otherwise.
