Anyone working on or know where there is a free tournament script that would intergrate into ubbthreads? I play starcraft, broodwar, along with a few other online games, and want to start hosting tournaments from my site. any thoughts?<br /><br /><br />basically a tournament bracket to show the standings and a admin only section where you can edit the bracket and upload a replay and add comments to a html page that would display as a popup. lol. well that would be more than a simple project. but it sounds nice.. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /><br /><br />

when in doubt I usually look at http://www.hotscripts.com/PHP/Scripts_and_Programs/ unfortunately most ladder scripts require a developer to write them and most feel they are entitled to payment which of course they are <img src="http://www.ubbdev.com/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I agree. probably wouldn't be hard either I mean we already use a MYSQL database for threads so you just add another one for the tournament or add a table to the threads database for the script. The display is a cake walk and the adding of the names should be easy. so go for it <img src="http://www.ubbdev.com/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
