I log out after "becomeing another user" - as a test.<br />now when I log back in with my admin account I cannot get to the admin controls.<br /><br />I'm locked out?<br /><br />is this just a cookie thing? if I log in from another machine will it be ok?<br />or has this thing permanently changed me to the other user.<br /><br />ARRRGGHH

That has happened to me too. Clearing the cookies usually works. Sometimes you will have to close that browser window and open a new one to get logged in properly. Fortunately you don't usually need to use the "Become this user" function. In the configuration set your cookie path to "/" if it is only blank.
