Mod Name / Version: Glow-Shadow Effects for Users 1.0 <br /><br />Description: This modification allows the admin to edit a user and assign either a glow or shadow effect to the username and title. This effect is seen on the showflat and showthreaded pages when you are viewing posts. Most recently only IE on the PC.
