Hi, <br />How can I make the center isle wider without altering the 2 isle's on the left and right? Basically I'm trying to close the gap as it's 2 big. <br />I've tried altering the tables size in the control panel which it does change the size of the boxes but the gap in between them is still to big and doesn't change. <br /> <br />Thanks in advance <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Use percentages in the size fields to prevent scrolling... but sometimes if someone posts something long (like a post subject "Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" without any spaces it'll stretch the boxes out and throw things out of wack.... or if they put a large image in their profile it'll stretch things out.<br /><br />The boxes can only get as small as the content in the boxes will allow. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Sorry i dont think u understand what I mean. Look at this site for example:<br />www.threadsdev.com now look at mine www.vodatones.com You see how much of a gap I have between the left, center and right column? There's a big differance between the 2 sites.

The table width here is 100% the table width on your site *was* 95% thus those tables on the front page only expand to 95% of their allowed space. <br /><br />Take a look now with it at 100% and it'll look the same. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Yeah... there's a tablewidth setting that controls the width of all the tables everywhere on your site. You'll notice everywhere a bit wider.<br /><br />Yours was on 95% (which might be the default)... here we use 100%.
