open: templates/default/showprofile.tmpl

Find:

<img src="$Picture" alt="Picture" width="$width" height="$height" />

Replace with:

<a href="$Picture" target="_blank"><img src="$Picture" alt="Picture" width="$width" height="$height" border="0" /></a>
