After hours of hard thought(my brain hurts), I think I have the solution to the problem of posting news from multiple sources...<br /><br />Hack a forum in the same manner of the Calendar hack to add a Category drop down for the poster to select from. The drop down could contain an extensive amount of categories and all the news can be posted from the one forum. Each category would be listed along with the post for the news display or something.<br /><br />This way, I could post the latest news on the top AND still be able to have that news be related to 4 completely different categories. Having four separate boxes in IIP makes the whole thing too long to look at.<br /><br />Of course a link to past news would have to end up on the bottom. And even adding the ability to have a table scroller like shoutbox would help with keeping the format of the page at a constant length.
