Mod Name / Version - No Default Anonymous Username<br />Description - Does not automatically fill in a default "Anonymous" username for Anonymous Posters and requires them to fill in a username. <br />Pre-requisites - none<br />Working under: 6.1.1 but I'm fairly certain it will work under 6.x<br />Author - JoshPet - for discussion and bug reports come to www.threadsdev.com<br />Credits - KLB for requesting it<br />Files Altered - newreply.php and newpost.php<br />Database Altered - no <br />New Files - none<br />Any other info - this is a simple tweak<br />

Just in case anyone uses this modification....<br /><br />Under the directions..<br /><br />For the newreply.php file<br /><br />$postername = " "; <br /><br />Should read<br /><br />$postername = "";<br /><br />Having $postername = " "; will cause the box for the anonymous poster to be hidden.
