Hi.<br /><br />Is anyone using Photopost gallery software with UBBT?<br />There is a php hack that has been made for it that allows you to put thumbnails from the gallery into any PHP page.<br />I've tried to do this with IIP but with very limited success.<br /><br />Basically, it's just a php file. If I run it on it's own, it displays the thumbnails from the gallery.<br />What I've done is put an include line in the middle column. It almost works... I get an image reserved for when thumbnails are unavilable for some reason, but the weirdest thing is that all the pals before the include work fine and all the pals after the include give me SQL errors.<br /><br />Another oddity, is that if I use the IIP without the include, nothing shows up in the middle column at all. I have all the default settings, so I'm not sure what's going on there.<br /><br />Any ideas?<br /><br />IIP page <br /><br /> Thumbnail php script

I Run photopost, threads, and IIP, but I haven't tried the calling of images to external pages from photopost. I/'ve been meaning to get around to it though.

Actually that was the next thing I was going to attempt. <br /> <br />I want to make a PAL that displays a thumbnail of a random image from photopost.(Or make it configurable for the admin to select random, most popular, or the highest rated.) <br /> <br />I will start after the weekend. <br /> <br />If you want multiple thumbnails I sure a few modifications to this will be all that it needs. <img src="/forum/images/icons/smirk.gif" alt="" />

Sounds great!<br /><br />Just had another thought... it'd be excellent if you could put a thumbnail in a post. Kind of like an image tag, but with a link to the bigger version in PP.<br /><br />At the moment, the only way I can do it is to manually enter the url of the thumbnail. Not that I can think of an easier way for it to work, but it's annoying to have to go through the code to find out what a thumbnail's url is.

That is most excellent! A very useful feature for my site. One thing I was wondering if you had included, was a caption below the image? Maybe the description that was entered for the photo? Either way, nice work!
