i think it would decrease the allocated memory of the mysql querys if all count statements wold only use the primary index of the table an not all fields.<br />Should be faster also.<br /><br />I changed all Count (*) to Count (Primary_Index_of_the_table) without any problems.

Ok, i did some research and found out that the newer MySql versions do that automatically. So there is no need to change that.
