As a designer/developer who owns and operates a successful UBB forum, I've managed to talk two clients into using them in the last year. Here are the sites I've built from scratch:

My Pride and Joy:
hr-man.com

Client Sites:
kceaintouch.com This one launched this
week.
TNASSP (this guy hasn't promoted his bb at all - oh well)
The Corner Deli (no ubb - but developed in ASP)

My Other Sites:
Knoxlife.com
476 Design (my company - no ubb)
WebStrong Media(partnership with brother - no ubb)
Digital Portraiture(TM) (recent development in my life - portrait artist - go figure).
http://www.syngnathid.org is the Internet's largest collective of syngnathid (pronounced SING-na-thid, and is the family of fishes containing seahorses, sea-dragons, pipefish, and ghost-pipefish).

For a listing of modifications both to UBB.threads and elsewhere, check the Announcements forum's sticky post called New Features.

Other cool things on the site are the Seahorse Anatomy 101, an interactive seahorse anatomy guide, and the Species Galleries, which contain some INCREDIBLE photography of some of the ocean's most mysterious creatures!
