Okay Gang,<br /><br />I have just installed RedHat 6.0 on my PC100 (M571) system (40MB RAM, embedded 64-bit VGA chip, embedded Sound Pro, 4.3GB hard drive, etc...), however, I can't get the xf86config set up correctly. <br /><br />Does anyone know if this embedded VGA chip will work with x-windows? If so, how should I configure it? Do I need to select "PC-Chips M567 Mainboard ................................ XF86_SVGA" from the card list? That seems to be the closest I can find, but there is also the warning not to choose one unless it is the exact same card...?<br /><br />I've never tried running X-windows using an embedded video chip before, so I am not sure how well it works... any ideas you might have would be greatly appreciated!<br /><br />Thanks!<br /><br />Matt <br /><br /><br />
