Modification Name: Topic Move Reason Author(s): Brett Description: Allows Admin/Moderator to input a reason why a topic was transfered to a different forum, which will be displayed below the moved by wording in the old topic. Is the reason available for everyone to read or admin_mod's? Also, does the reason show on the moved topic page, or on the page alerting thhe topic has been moved? We generally move with delete
