I have been using JC's hack for the cell rollovers, but wasn't satisfied that it only worked in the Forum Summary, so got busy and came up with a solution (based upon his hack) that works for all forums, topics and even "Today's Active Topics".

You may want to impliment color changing from within the control panel (style settings generally), changing of pointers via the control panel (there are a few to choose from), etc.

Sorry, I certainly didn't mean to step on any toes... I checked out several various boards that were using HyperCells, and saw a lot of varrying results. Also, on JC's board, a number of folks had requested his hack be further enabled, but the response was that it wasn't going to happen.

I wanted something quick and simple, that would work everywhere, when clicked from any highlighted portion of a cell.

Feel free to REMOVE this thread if necessary!

Nah its all good, if you want to maintain a topic on it go ahead, you may want to include the features i listed above since your mod is exactly like mine only half the features lol...

Although you did get the active topics section working right which can be a pain, but I don't really see any reason to have it modded since no one really uses it.

BTW, you may want to work on the search code so that your users searches have the hover.

After I checked out what you had done, I immediately added the code to the Search Results page.

For my purposes, I don't see the point in adding the "extra's" to this, so we'll just think of it as "Hack Lite"... ;-)
