The length of time varies with each computer... right now I'm working on a Ligand 3D structure. I'm at 92% and have been working on it for 6 hours and 9 minutes. (I have a Pentium 4, 1.8GHz) Don't get discouraged... remember every little bit helps the cause... but I hope you can process a result soon. I remember Lord Dexter and a few others had a problem with larger proteins. Perhaps someone else will give you a few tips. I'll continue watching for your first result though...

I found this in their forum:
"When restarting from a checkpoint the Ligand progress count will display 0 of 300 not the location you left off on. This will change once the next Ligand is reached. On the main page the percent complete and cpu time do start and show percent and time when restarting from checkpoint. We are working to fix this behavior so it shows the Ligand you left off on (ie 40 of 300.)"

Which version UBB are you running? The easiest way is to upload the avatars to your non-cgi ubb directory and add the graphic into the "User Custom Title" manually. LK did a little bit of magic in our CP with the newest version UBB but I'm not sure if he made that available.
