Anyone whose UD Member Name is prefixed with (iphq.co.uk) is part of Team IPHQ.

Bleh, we need more members. I've got avatars and a Sub-Team forum, but hardly anyone is joining.... What can I do to get more people to join? :

Your team is new so give it a little time. The haxxor icons usually help draw some attention to the program. You could post the top 5 haxxor icons within a thread in your Team IPHQ forum. You could add info to your signature file. Include something about the UD program in regular announcements or emails you send out. You could also put a blurb in the NewsFlash for a while. Rotate your "advertising methods" and hopefully it will catch on.

Hopefully some of our other members will share more ideas.

I know EXACTLY how you feel, for some time my team only got like 300 points a day.

After a while I put some info in my sig, updated daily most of the time. Something that might start people to want more points is if you add a "Top 3 members" info in your sig.

I made a forum even later. And one thing if you're going to use the pills, change the points required for people to get a new one. The ones here are oppropriate for UBBDev, but not for smaller UBBs, IMO.
