Ok, so I'm new to it....And the thing I don't understand is the device stuff...What exactly are they? Why have more than one? How do I USE more than one device?

In simple terms, a device represents a computer, so if you have more than one computer, you can install the software on each of them, and they will each be listed as a "device"
