Team UBBDev Referral Policy
Team UBBDev Members are encourage to recruit friends and members to join Team UBBDev from their other websites. When recruiting new members, you will have the opportunity to earn referral points good toward reaching avatar levels.
When a new member joins the team, they will have the option of whether to keep their points for themselves or to assign their points to another team member. Only points generated for Team UBBDev will count, this excludes any points generated as an individual or as a member of another team. By default, a member shall receive their own points, unless they elect to assign them to another member (assignee).
The member (assignor) assigning points has the final say on whether or not to assign their points, and may change their mind at any time. Referral points are assigned "wholly", meaning that they will not be split up among multiple persons.
If the assignor changes the person to which they assign their points, then all of their points will be attributed to the new assignee. The prior assignee will no longer have these points. This is also true if the person assigning points wishes to retain their points for themselves.
It is the responsibility of the person receiving points from other members to inform UBBDev's Administrators when they have accumulated enough points to earn a change in avatar level. They must list the UD Names of the members they are receiving points from. UBBDev Administrators may require verification from the assignors before implementing avatar level changes.
Consistant with Team UBBDev rules, all participants must remain current in order to keep their avatar level. If you are receiving points from a member, who has become inactive, then those points will no longer be counted toward your total. If you point total falls below the required amount, then your avatar will be changed accordingly. Any member than has not returned a result within 3 weeks is presumed to be inactive.
