In a private forum I would like to limit Administrators and Moderators only to be able to Post New Topic and Post Replies.
Authorized users would be able to Post Replies only.
Is there an existing hack for this for Version 5.45?
If not can someone direct me to a developer(s) who would be able to create such a hack for me?
