How can i make the public username of a poster link to their profile?

e.g, on my forum, when someone posts, down the left there is:

James
Administrator

AVA here

How can i get the public name, in this case "James" to be a link to their profile??

i know its somewhere in public_topic_page.pl - i just dunno what commands to add!
