Just a little thought...
Make a rating system, for suggested hacks and ideas from the suggestions forum.
In this way users and coders can see what hacks and ideas are most wanted among the users.
Example;
You open the "Hack Suggestion Rating System" page, and it looks something like this;
Then people can place a mark in those checkboxes for those hacks they wishes to be made, and see the rating of the suggestions.
Ofcourse this can be made in many different ways, my idea is just visualize what actually people see as a good hackidea, and use results to encourage someone to make it...

BTW, this idea is to make peoples wishes SEEN, and NOT for giving people stars and glory for making hack suggestions.
