I've been doing some reading recently regarding layout, style, readability, etc and came across a good site I thought I'd share. There's some excellent resources regarding which typeface works best for your site's text:

Kinda nerdy, unless you are into information architecture type stuff - it still gives good information regarding the design of your own site
