Version 0.3 will be released soon, there is a problem with NS4 displaying the menus and I want to clean up the javascript to simplify it a bit.

Version 0.3 released. Bug fixes and rewrite. (It took me 3 days to figure out how to get NS4 to look ok. CSS + NS4 = Bad Mojo). This is what I have so far. I'll probably work on this menu a bit more if I find anything while scanning dev sites to improve it (part of my daily routine). Maybe, maybe not. I think its the best it will be for now.

Works in Opera but the background colors don't show up (prolly due to CSS).
