If I go to the control panel and then to general settings i get this error: I have installes the avatar hack and then uninstalled it, because I thought I get the error because the hack, but that didn't helped. Please help me with it.

You got still wrong code in your ubb_library.pl you should try to use your first backup before you use the avatar hack. i hope you made a backup

ik heb wel een backup gemaakt, en die geupload en dan werkt ie nog niet.

Did you checked whats wrong in line 1175? Kijk maar, in de beurt van lijn 1175, ik denk dat de script gebruikt een subroutine daar van een andere file die in requested files zit
