I keep getting this error:

I get this error, pretty much anytime e-mail needs to be sent out by the board. When Pm's are sent, when trying to get a lost password, and when trying to update the registration quenue in the cp.

Here's lines 19-45 (end) of the specified file:

If anyone has any idea how to fix this, I would really really appreciate it.
