I found Last Username To Post In Forum Hack,but it said onlyCompatible: Versions 6.1.0.0 - 6.1.0.3
Not Compatible with Versions 6.0.5...

Also ,I hv been installed the Who's Online 4.0 on my forum , but i can't see any addition Who's Online Table on top my forum page...

Is there any prehacked ubb605 cgi for download?

And for the WOL, there should be a readme inside the WOL zip called "Whos_online_style_guide". That will put the WOL table inside the main table.
